Fellows
The Fellows are members elected by Society for Application of Forest Ecological Research for their significant contributions to any field of application of forest ecology or environment, in accordance with the regulations of the society for the purpose. Elected members would be required to deposit .2000/- prior to formal announcement and eligibility to fix  FSAFER after their names. 

Election and Admission of Fellows

The Fellows shall be elected according to the norms laid down by the Executive Committee 

1. A fee of 2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) or as resolved  by the Executive Committee from time to time, shall be due on election for  the Fellow resident in India. In case of overseas members, the fee would amount to US$100 only.
2. No person although duly elected according to the procedure, shall be entitled to exercise the rights and privileges of the Fellowship until he/she has paid the full admission fee and has signed the obligation form.
   
3. Every Fellow who has thus been admitted to the Society, will receive a scroll in the form prescribed by the Executive committee, certifying his election, and shall sign a duplicate obligation form in the Register kept for the purpose.
